Jones, 48, appeared on Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday night, where she admitted she wanted to "whoop" the young pop star.
The Saturday Night Live star was asked by a caller which celebrity she is dying to run into so she can "call them out."
"Justin Bieber – I want to whoop him," replied Jones. "I want to discipline him. I think he needs to be disciplined."
But Bieber isn't the only star who Jones wants to give a stern talking to. The actress also called out Kanye West as next on her list.
"I would do it to Kanye but Kanye might stab me," she joked.
Jones' appearance on the show comes just days after the actress found herself the victim of a vicious Twitter attack in which racist and offensive comments, many of which criticized her appearance, left her with "tears and a very sad heart."
It didn't take long for hordes of supporters to rally behind the actress on the social media site, sending #LoveForLeslieJ messages that saw the hashtag trending worldwide.
