I got a lesson today in how important it is to wear the right bra. I realised today that I have never been measured for one. I've always said that it's important to get the right size and the right fit to customers over the years but I have never bothered with myself!
So today I got fitted and realised, I have been wearing the wrong size for years.
Possibly since I started wearing a bra.
I would recommend anyone to pop into Brown Thomas for a fitting. I feel so much happier then I was. I was wearing a back size two sizes too big and a cup size too small! While it didn't show under my clothes, it spent all day moving around and not proving the right support. I am happy to say that I have sorted it out!!!!
I still have to comment that Yamamay in Italy are still my underpantaloons of choice. I got into the brand back in 2004 when an ex and I made the epic journey to Venice for a weekend. I spent all my holiday money in the shop! So much so that each day when I came back for another set, the sales people were smiling and one gave me a rose!
I advise you to look them up - its worth it.
Failing that, Brown Thomas stock the prettiest Calvin Klein patterned bras!
