Ingredients
4 cups cooked brown rice (organic short grain)
2 cups cooked peas
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 sliced spring onions
3 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
1 1/2 cups chopped parsley
3 cups lightly blanched broccoli
Method
Heat oil gently, saute spring onions
Add rice, peas and tamari and heat gently
Stir in parsley
Add broccoli and serve.
