Mutton Qorma
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton
- 125 gm Yogurt
- 1 Brown onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 Black cardamom
- 1-2 Bays leaf
- 1-2 Cinnamon
- 3-4 Whole black pepper
- 5-6 Cloves
- 3 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp All spice powder
- 3-4 tbsp Ghee or oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl whip 125g yogurt and add 1tbsp red chili powder, ½tsp turmeric powder, ½tbsp all spice powder, 1 brown onion and salt to taste, mix it well. Then in microwave proof mixing bowl add ½kg mutton, 1-2 cinnamon, 5-6 cloves, 4black cardamom, 3-4 black pepper, 1-2 bay leaf, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3-4tbsp oil and 2 tomatoes mix it properly and put it into the microwave for 20 minutes on 100% M.
- Now take out the dish and put yogurt mixture and again put it into the microwave for 20 minutes on 100% M. During the process mix the qorma with the help of spoon. Dish out the qorma and serve it.
